Key Responsibilities:
β’ Assist clients with booking flights, accommodations, transportation, and curated travel itineraries
β’ Communicate with vendors and partners to confirm and manage reservations
β’ Respond to client inquiries with professionalism and clarity
β’ Monitor travel trends, regulations, and destination requirements
β’ Ensure accuracy and consistency in all travel documentation and booking details
Qualifications:
β’ Strong communication and organizational skills
β’ Previous customer service experience preferred
β’ Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
β’ Proficiency with digital tools, including online booking platforms and CRM systems
β’ Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
