Responsibilities
Ā Develop an account level strategy targeting opportunities for assigned client.

Ā Implement revenue growth strategies to drive incremental revenue through increased meetings and premium product revenue.

Ā Research the marketplace and competitor products to highlight the value of Amex GBT products.

Ā Drive strategies to increase revenue and customer behavior at a scalable level.

Ā Build, maintain, and expand relationships with internal business partners across the B2B organization.

Ā Lead business planning, quarterly and annual reviews, and pricing strategies for strategic accounts.
,
Ā Ensure sourcing managers and meeting managers meet/exceed client expectations and SLAs.

Ā Contribute to content development for client innovation forums and support agenda ideas.

Ā Lead global efforts for assigned clients, guiding regional market leads to support client goals.
,
Ā Identify new opportunities and deliver innovative solutions to grow profitability.

Ā Develop creative pricing strategies and contribute to ongoing client P&L management.
Requirements
Ā Experience in M&E Operations, including SOP creation and meeting technology knowledge (Cvent).

Ā Deep global M&E subject matter expertise with a track record of driving growth and leading service-focused operations.

Ā Experience handling a P&L.
