Global Marketing Manager

We are seeking a talented and driven Global Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that position Open iT as the top provider of SLM solutions. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to establish Open iT as the leading provider of SLM solutions.
• Collaborate closely with the Sales Team and implement marketing strategies that generate qualified leads and support the sales pipeline.
• Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to attract and engage potential leads.
• Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline processes and improve campaign performance.
• Prepare and present regular reports on marketing activities, performance, and ROI to senior management.
• Use analytics and insights to make data-driven decisions and optimize marketing strategies.
• Identify and explore new market opportunities to expand Open iT's reach.
• Conduct market research to understand emerging trends and customer needs.
• Develop targeted marketing campaigns to penetrate new markets and increase market share.
• Maintain focus on business goals, continually evaluating marketing activities to ensure they are contributing to company objectives.
• Demonstrate results in B2B digital marketing and/or strategy for your current or previous employer/clients.

Required Qualifications:
• Proven marketing experience, preferably in technology, enterprise software or SaaS platforms.
• Experience in creating marketing plans and managing budgets effectively.
• Being results-driven with the ability to translate high-level vision and strategy into tangible business impact.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to multi-task, solve problems, and prioritize competing demands.
• Self-disciplined, motivated, and detail-oriented.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.High energy, drive, and a positive attitude.
