This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on the future of students' careers.Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition: Lead and oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting top talent for a wide range of internship positions.Employee Development: Develop and implement strategies for the professional development of our interns and employees, fostering a growth-oriented work environment.Performance Management: Establish and maintain performance appraisal systems to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with organizational goals.HR Policies and Compliance: Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.Employee Relations: Manage employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to ensure a harmonious work environment.Diversity and Inclusion: Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives to build a vibrant and inclusive workplace.Onboarding and Offboarding: Coordinate the onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless transition for all employees and interns.Benefits and Compensation: Manage and administer employee benefit programs and compensation structures.Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate development programs to enhance skills and knowledge among the workforce.Required SkillsBachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
