Please visit www.jazzpharmaceuticals.com for more information. Job Description The Global Finance Operations & Analytics team is looking for a passionate certified Data Analyst to join the team. This job supports all activities related to collecting, analyzing, and reporting on key performance indicators including developing dashboards, scorecards, forecasting, trending, tracking results, and executive presentations for the purposes of supporting operational excellence, management intelligence for effective decision-making and overall tracking of business performance. The successful candidate will have experience working with finance data, as well as strong analytical, problem-solving and data visualization skills. Essential Functions/Responsibilities • Collaborate with colleagues cross-functionally to understand requirements and pain points; translate requirements from non-technical to technical; and deliver solutions to day-to-day business issues. • Work with various departments to define source data; design and build analyses/trending/forecasting reports; and publishes metrics dashboards and executive presentations. • Develop processes, tools, and templates to enable efficient, accurate and standardized data analyses and related deliverables, leverage automation to greatest extent possible. • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets • Train users on the use of reports e.g. Power BI dashboards and maintain training plans/documentation • Work with Global Finance Operations & Analytics team to prioritize business and information needs • Other duties as assigned or requested. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities • Proven working experience as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst, minimum 2 years • Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages (Power BI, DAX, Power BI query etc.) • Strong knowledge of and experience with data transformation and automation tools (Alteryx,  Power Automate etc.) • Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy • Adept at stakeholder management • Proactive and have great communication skills • Hands on and able to troubleshoot performance issues • A natural collaborator with a learning mindset, happy to share knowledge and learn from others • Experience with finance data is preferred but not essential • Experience with SAP S/4 Hana and/or Oracle EPM an advantage Required/Preferred Education and Licenses • BS in Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Management or equivalent degree Jazz Pharmaceuticals is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any characteristic protected by law.
