Job Overview:
We're seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Global Executive Assistant to provide exceptional support to our senior leaders in the Global Infrastructure organization. As a trusted advisor and partner, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless execution of daily operations, managing complex schedules, and coordinating high-profile events. Key Responsibilities:

Act as a liaison between senior leaders and internal/external stakeholders, managing communications and ensuring timely responses
Manage and maintain complex schedules, coordinate meetings, and arrange travel arrangements across multiple time zones and international markets
Organize and coordinate events, meetings, workshops, and conferences, including logistics and material preparation
Conduct research, gather information, and maintain records to support decision-making processes
Handle confidential information with discretion and ensure the security of sensitive documents
Prepare and process expense reports, invoices, and other administrative tasks with accuracy and attention to detail

Requirements:

4+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role supporting senior executives
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual meeting platforms
Exceptional work ethic, accuracy, and attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle pressure in a dynamic environment
