• As a Global Events Manager, you will be the driving force behind the planning and execution of high-quality events across the world, from private dinners to conferences. This role demands someone with impeccable taste, a perfectionist’s approach to detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional outcomes. You will ensure our brand shines through every event, delighting attendees and elevating the Flagright brand.
• Key Responsibilities
• Negotiations & Budget Management: Handle all negotiations for bookings, conference participation, and co-sponsorship of partner events, ensuring premium quality at the best possible value. Generate event budgets and strategically minimize spend while maximizing impact.
• Event Branding: Ensure all event touch points, from digital to physical, are aligned with Flagright’s brand identity and messaging, reinforcing our position as an leader in FCC and compliance solutions.
• Logistics Perfection: Oversee all event logistics, including venue selection, travel arrangements, and on-site coordination, with a focus on seamless execution.
• Premium Private Dinners: Plan and manage exclusive dinners, curating every detail—from menus to ambiance—to deliver exceptional experiences.
• Conference Coordination: Manage every aspect of Flagright’s presence at conferences, including booth setup, materials, team scheduling, and ensuring high-impact representation.
• Swag Excellence: Oversee the design, production, and timely delivery of high-quality, branded event merchandise.
• Partner Event Collaboration: Work with external partners to co-plan events that align with Flagright’s premium standards and goals.
• Co-Marketing Collaboration: Collaborate with co-marketing partners to create joint branding opportunities and promotional strategies that maximize event impact.
• Speaker & Panel Coordination: Arrange leadership team participation in panels and speaking engagements, ensuring flawless execution and preparation.
• Attendee Strategy: Strategically decide team attendance for events, aligning participation with company objectives.
• Obsess Over Details: Apply a perfectionist’s mindset to every aspect of event planning, ensuring no detail is overlooked and attendees are consistently impressed.
• Ideate and Execute Event Objectives: Work closely with the sales team to align event goals with lead generation objectives and coordinate with external vendors to ensure seamless execution.
• Post-Event Evaluations: Collect post-event feedbacks, analyze outcomes, and implement improvements for future events.
• Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in event management, preferably in the BFSI or SaaS industry.
• Proven experience in event management, with a focus on delivering high-quality, premium events.
• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of securing favorable deals while maintaining quality.
• Ability to create and manage budgets, minimizing costs without compromising on standards.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for delighting people through thoughtful touches.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple events simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
• A keen eye for aesthetics and premium quality, with the ability to elevate brand perception through events.
