Global Disability & Accessibility Program Lead

We're partnering with a global healthcare company, to find a talented Global Disability & Accessibility Program Lead. This role is remote--out of region--and is a temporary assignment lasting between 27 and 52 weeks. The position focuses on ensuring accessibility initiatives and policies are effectively managed and executed during a coverage period.

*Global Disability & Accessibility Program Lead* *Responsibilities*:

* Oversee the implementation of the organization's accessibility strategies and ensure governance processes are maintained.
* Collaborate with regional and functional leads to promote consistent adherence to global accessibility standards.
* Support the development and dissemination of policies, standards, and guidance related to digital and workplace accessibility.
* Act as the main contact for enterprise accessibility inquiries, addressing issues promptly and coordinating remediation efforts.
* Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver accessibility initiatives, support compliance, and prepare updates for stakeholders.
*Global Disability & Accessibility Program Lead* *Qualifications*:

* Bachelor's degree required.
* Minimum of 8 years of experience in accessibility, disability inclusion, or related fields.
* Strong knowledge of accessibility standards such as WCAG and workplace accessibility practices.
* Proven experience working with Legal, HR, IT, Learning, and Procurement teams.
* Demonstrated program management, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.
