This role is crucial in ensuring that our clients effectively adopt and utilize our Lunit AI solutions, driving customer satisfaction and long-term partnership success. Roles ResponsibilitiesCustomer Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients in the EMEA region, particularly in the area of Lunit’s AI commercial products. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships. Customer Onboarding: Lead new client onboarding processes, ensuring seamless integration and adoption of AI solutions to the customer’s workflow. Account Management: Conduct regular account reviews, providing insights and recommendations to optimize the use of our solutions while addressing any client concerns.Success Enablement: Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and ensure our solutions effectively meet their needs.Feedback Gathering: Gather customer feedback and work closely with the product development team to drive continuous improvement and innovation of breast and chest AI solutions.
