Career Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Solutions Consulting Manager. This individual will play a critical role in helping our clients achieve their goals through expert consulting and sales services.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Part of a dedicated team focusing on customer requirements.
• Demo and Reviews of Proprietary and 3rd Party Technology solutions for new select customers.
• Prepare for large, small, scale software and service deployments.
• New and existing customer service and products evaluation, design, and documentation into Statement of Work/Contracting process.
• Winning and retaining travel business by leveraging sales, servicing, technology, travel, and consulting expertise.
• Building strong internal relationships, networking within the business to build your brand.
• Learning and developing knowledge of all servicing platforms, travel products, sharing expertise with teams.
• Lead client presentations and discussions, product demonstrations, proof of concepts, and technical proposals to demonstrate Amex GBT value to clients.
• Required Skills and Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business or related field.
• Strong understanding of workflow analysis, travel industry/online booking tools.
• Extensive technical knowledge and experience, technical competence, and experience with IT service management tools.
• Demonstrated success in a presales consulting role in Fortune 1000 accounts, experience with procurement and supply chain management.
• Excellent customer and communication and presentation skills & negotiation skills.
• Ability to present proposals persuasively.
• Ability to work well under pressure in an autonomous environment with remote leadership.
• Develop and maintain working relationships with key internal stakeholders (Sales and Account Management).
• Passion for driving continuous improvement and business transformation.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
