This position requires a strategic thinker who can design, implement, and administer comprehensive benefits packages that support our diverse global workforce while ensuring compliance with local regulations and alignment with company objectives.Your contribution will be:

Design, implement, and manage competitive global benefits programs across all Nintex locations
Serve as the primary point of contact for benefit inquiries from employees worldwide
Collaborate with HR business partners and regional teams to ensure benefits alignment with local requirements and company culture
Manage relationships with benefits vendors, brokers, and consultants to optimize program offerings and costs
Lead annual benefits renewal processes and open enrollment activities
Analyze benefits utilization data to identify trends and recommend program enhancements
Ensure compliance with country-specific benefits regulations and reporting requirements
Develop and maintain benefits documentation, including summary plan descriptions and employee communications
Coordinate with Payroll to ensure accurate benefits deductions and reporting
Provide regular reporting on benefits costs, utilization, and effectiveness to leadership
To be successful, we think you need:

Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
5+ years of experience in benefits administration, with at least 3 years managing global benefits programs
Comprehensive knowledge of benefits practices and regulations across multiple countries
Experience with benefits technology platforms and HRIS systems
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make recommendations
Excellent project management capabilities with attention to detail
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a global, cross-functional environment
Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) designation preferred
