Global AI & Business Intelligence Manager @ Hillenbrand

Position Summary:Milacron is looking for a Global AI and Business Intelligence (BI) Manager to join our team in Batavia, OH. As an AI and BI Manager, you will be responsible for leading our organization’s efforts in leveraging artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), and advanced analytics to transform data into actionable insights. This role will be responsible for managing a global team that designs, develops, and supports AI-driven solutions and business intelligence tools to enable smarter decision-making across the enterprise. This team will support optimizing Internal Business Processes and provide guidance and governance for external customer facing systems within Engineering.Work You’ll Do:Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to generate actionable insights.Perform data analysis, validation, mapping, and design for structured and unstructured data.Identify and interpret trends in large data sets.Develop, maintain, and support reporting tools, dashboards, and visualizations (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik).Standardize KPIs and enterprise dashboards for consistent reporting.Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize data and reporting needs.Develop policies for secure, ethical, and efficient data collection and analysis.Ensure high data quality and availability through best practices and tools.Work with governance and infrastructure teams to support data strategy.Ensure compliance with global regulations via AI reporting.Coordinate AI implementation, monitor outcomes, and evaluate new technologies through pilots.Lead and mentor a global BI team.Drive alignment on AI/BI strategies across regions and units.Foster a culture of data literacy, innovation, and continuous improvement.Basic Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.5+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or AI.3+ years of leadership or global management experience.Proficiency in AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), programming languages (Python, R), and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).Hands-on experience with modern BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.Strong knowledge of data integration, data warehousing, and modeling techniques.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or engineering-intensive…
