Our specialists support governments and international financing institutions in delivering sustainable irrigation, water resources, and agricultural infrastructure. Role Overview : We are looking for a GIS / Spatial Analyst to support mapping, spatial analysis, and figure preparation for Environmental Impact Assessments. This role will be engaged on a consultant / work-share basis, preferably based in Central Asia or nearby regions. Key Responsibilities : Prepare maps and spatial outputs for EIA reports Conduct spatial analysis and data integration Support visualisation of modelling outputs Develop figures for reporting and stakeholder presentations Coordinate with environmental and technical teams Requirements : Degree in GIS, Geomatics, Environmental Science, or related field 3-7 years’ GIS experience Proficiency in ArcGIS, QGIS, or similar tools Strong data visualisation and mapping skills Fluency in English The Georgian or Russian languages are mandatory Why Join SMEC ?
