Gift Card Specialist, Uber for Business
Uber is looking for motivated sales professionals to join their growing SMB team in the U4B organization. In this role, you will build new and existing gift card business pipeline, forecast opportunities, and implement gift card orders while achieving sales goals.ResponsibilitiesProspect and build a pipeline to create gift card opportunities with new prospects and existing clients for our businessCommunicate the value of U4B gift cards to clients with a consultative and solution oriented approachAchieve and consistently exceed sales goals and input metricsPartner cross-functionally with internal departments to ensure a successful onboarding, launch, and long-term success of our clients gift card transactionsLead and coordinate end to end sales motion for customers including qualification, education, pricing/quoting, contract negotiation to close dealsSkills12+ months of full cycle B2B sales experience OR 24+ months of BDR experience OR 12+ months of BDR experience + 6 months+ of full cycle sales experienceExperience developing an account prioritization framework, contact identification and outbound narrativesProven achievement in a performance-based sales role (meeting sales quota targets) with an emphasis on utilizing a consultative sales approach and customer follow upHave a proven track record that shows the ability to search for and identify prospective business opportunities that are aligned with business strategy and criteria1+ years BDR/SDR experience (Lead Generation Experience)1+ years Account Representative experience (Acquisition Experience)Experience in Anything-as-a-Service (Tech Based), Tech that is consumption based, Anything for Business (Preferably Tech , Companies/Prospects must sell in to multiple verticals)Work experience in one or more of the following industries: Internet, IT Services, Computer Software, Leisure and Hospitality (Corporate Level or Enterprise/MM Experience)Experience working cross-functionally with internal/customer teams (e.g., Legal, Marketing, Operations)BenefitsYou will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus programMay be offered sales bonuses & other types of compAll full-time employees are eligible to participate in a 401(k) planYou will also be eligible for various benefitsCompany OverviewUber develops, markets, and operates a ride-sharing mobile application that allows consumers to submit a trip request.
