This covers: • Proptech founders/CEOs • Real estate operators & innovators • Capital raisers and investment banking • Niche real estate content experts and event hosts Our mission: Position our clients as experts by creating the best content out there. Your role and responsibility: • Create content that meets our high standards and proven system • Constantly over deliver for the client to make sure they renew their contracts • Research valuable ideas and insights that can be turned into content • Write posts optimized for LinkedIn based on your own research or insights directly from the client • Manage the content schedule to ensure we’re always scheduled two weeks out • Produce metric reports to identify trends and new ideas. What we need from you: 1. Extreme ownership You need to be the type of person who can hold yourself to account and do what you say you’re going to do. You can look at things objectively, take feedback and prioritize the outcome. 2. Sweat the small stuff Every detail matters. You can think through the lens of a client and be sure to over deliver for them at every step. You have extremely high standards and won’t settle for less. 3. You’re high agency You thrive in a fast pace tempo. You’re able to share continuous updates and self manage your workload without prompting. You’re okay going beyond normal expectations and figuring out problems that are in your way.
