Job description: Talentuch is looking for an experienced German-speaking Recruiter to help us engage German-speaking candidates.
Talentuch is an international recruitment agency operating in the IT markets of the United States, Canada, Europe, and South America.
Duties
ā¢ Source for candidates in Germany for the assigned positions and for talent pool;
ā¢ Introduce our agency to these candidates, screen candidates on their skills, experience, motivators, and assess candidate's future career needs;
ā¢ Work with German-speaking hiring managers to understand the needs and wants of each position, craft job postings in German, and present clients' job to passive and active candidates;
ā¢ Schedule Interviews with candidates, hiring managers, and business development team as needed;
ā¢ Update Talentuch CRM records on a regular basis;
ā¢ As an IT Recruiter, you will be having calls with the client's hiring managers and presenting the candidates in German.
Requirements
ā¢ At least 2 years of experience in Recruitment;
ā¢ German written and spoken - high level;
ā¢ English written and spoken - intermediate level.
Conditions and compensation
ā¢ Work on a freelance basis;
ā¢ Remote job;
ā¢ Hourly compensation is $15/h or based on candidate's expectations;
ā¢ + Bonuses for closed vacancies.
