YOUR ROLE You will respond to all incoming customer enquiries before, during and after booking by email and telephone. You will handle complaints. You will collect feedback from our customers, thereby supporting the success of SIXT and contributing your suggestions for improvement. You are willing to work shifts, nights, and weekends. YOUR SKILLS Language skills with fluent German and very good English (B2 or higher). Customer experience with proven ability in delivering excellent service. Communication with strong skills, empathy, and enjoyment in partner and customer interaction. Problem-solving with quick reactions to new situations and strong analytical ability. Technical proficiency with confidence in using PC and Microsoft Office.
