Geospatial EGIS Specialist (Enterprise GIS / Platform Admin)

Overview Statigen - Native American, woman-owned technology solutions provider is hiring an Enterprise GIS / EGIS Specialist to support a federal geospatial program. This role focuses on ArcGIS Enterprise platform operations, enterprise geodatabases, security/patching, and dependable service delivery. Responsibilities • Administer and maintain ArcGIS Enterprise (Portal, ArcGIS Server, services, web maps) • Support enterprise geodatabases (SQL Server; schema design; performance; backups/restore coordination) • Publish and maintain GIS services, layers, and web applications • Support platform security, patching, vulnerability remediation and hardening (in coordination with government IT) • Create/maintain geospatial metadata and standards compliance (FGDC/NSDI-style practices) • Coordinate with GIS analysts/programmers to enable data pipelines and dashboards • Provide weekly/monthly status inputs and operational metrics Required Qualifications (must-have) • 5+ years in ArcGIS Enterprise administration (Portal + Server) • Strong experience with enterprise GIS databases (SQL Server; geodatabases) • Experience managing GIS services, permissions, role-based access, and operational troubleshooting • Experience supporting production GIS environments with change control and uptime expectations • Strong written documentation and reporting discipline Preferred • Cloud exposure (AWS/Azure) for GIS hosting environments • Python for automation (ArcGIS API for Python / Arcpy) • Prior federal/tribal/state GIS experience Job Type: Full-time Pay: $100,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year Benefits: • Health insurance Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job
