Miratech retains nearly 1000 full-time professionals, and our annual growth rate exceeds 25% Job Description: We are looking for a Genesys AI Specialist to design and implement AI-driven customer experience solutions within the Genesys Cloud CX platform. The role focuses on developing digital bots, agentic AI systems, and generative AI applications to enhance omnichannel customer journeys. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States (US citizenship required) Responsibilities Design and implement AI-powered CX solutions on Genesys Cloud. Develop and optimize Digital Bots and AI Studio solutions (AI Guides, Agentic Virtual Agents, Copilots). Integrate AI solutions with Genesys Architect flows, APIs, and external systems. Monitor, analyze, and optimize AI-driven customer interactions and bot performance. Qualifications: Strong hands-on experience with Genesys Cloud CX contact center solutions. Solid experience with Genesys Cloud AI Studio, including AI Guides, Agentic Virtual Agents, and Copilots. Proven experience in Digital Bots development, including design, deployment, testing, and performance optimization. Strong expertise in Genesys Architect, including integration of bots and AI capabilities into Architect flows. Experience working with Genesys Cloud APIs, web services, and integrations with external platforms. Practical experience with Agentic AI architectures, prompt engineering, and LLM integrations. Programming experience with Python and JavaScript/TypeScript Experience with AWS services and cloud-based architectures. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams. Nice to Have Genesys Cloud certifications (Professional, AI Digital Bots & Knowledge, Developer, or Architect).
