Description: • Overview • We are seeking a creative and technically adept Generative AI Instructional Designer & Training Content Creator to develop, curate, and deliver engaging AI education experiences. • This role sits at the intersection of instructional design, AI fluency, and content strategy—with a focus on training both technical and non-technical audiences on the effective use of generative AI tools like ChatGPT. • You will lead the design and development of structured learning paths, hands-on workshops, and microlearning content that demystifies AI and inspires adoption across diverse enterprise environments. Requirements: • Must-Have: • 3+ years of experience in instructional design, L&D, or curriculum development. • Strong familiarity with generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) and prompt engineering. • Portfolio showcasing AI training, technical education, or enterprise enablement content. • Experience creating training across various formats: video, slides, PDFs, LMS modules, job aids, etc. • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills. • Comfort working cross-functionally with technical and business teams. • Nice-to-Have: • Background in adult learning, cognitive science, or applied education. • Experience working in regulated industries (e.g., mortgage, finance, healthcare, government). • Familiarity with tools like Articulate, Rise, Notion, Descript, Synthesia, or AI-powered content platforms. • Ability to facilitate AI workshops or training sessions with live demoing of GenAI tools.
