Qualifications and Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates. Organizational skills and attention to detail. Experience with recruitment software and tools. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
