Job Summary of General Merchandise:
Do you enjoy helping customers find what they need? You will assist shoppers in various departments, including Apparel, Entertainment, Toys, and Sporting Goods. Your role is essential in ensuring a great shopping experience by keeping aisles organized, stocking shelves, and providing excellent customer service.
Job Duties and Responsibilities of General Merchandise:
ā¢ Walk up to 5 miles per day while fulfilling online customer orders.
ā¢ Review customer orders, locate, and select merchandise from the salesfloor.
ā¢ Ensure customer orders are accurately fulfilled.
ā¢ Greet and assist customers with a positive attitude.
ā¢ Dispense customer orders efficiently in various weather conditions.
Qualifications and Experience of General Merchandise:
ā¢ Previous retail experience is a plus but not required.
ā¢ Strong customer service and communication skills.
ā¢ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift merchandise as needed.
