General Manager -- Roofing Sales & Operations
About the position
Farha Roofing is seeking a driven, entrepreneurial General Manager to lead and grow our St. Louis market. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in sales, understands roofing operations, and wants to build a high-performing team while owning market-level results.
The General Manager will serve as the sales leader, operations driver, and culture setter for the territory.
Responsibilities
⢠Prospect using multiple channels including networking, referrals, canvassing, and relationship development
⢠Ensure all company-provided leads are contacted same day
⢠Close roofing projects (residential and commercial)
⢠Develop strategic relationships with homeowners, property managers, and commercial clients
⢠Drive revenue growth and market expansion
⢠Oversee all roofing projects from sale through completion
⢠Coordinate with estimating and production teams to ensure job accuracy and profitability
⢠Ensure proper CRM documentation (JobNimbus )
⢠Track and manage market-level P&L performance
⢠Assist with insurance claims when needed
⢠Hire, train, mentor, and manage sales/project management staff
⢠Hire and oversee production team members in the market
⢠Lead and facilitate weekly team meetings
⢠Create accountability systems for prospecting, follow-up, and closing
⢠Participate in annual budgeting, sales forecasting, staffing plans, and marketing strategy
Requirements
⢠Proven experience in roofing sales and/or roofing operations leadership
⢠Strong closing ability and business development mindset
⢠Experience managing P&L and driving profitability
⢠Team leadership and hiring experience
⢠High accountability and process discipline
⢠Comfortable working in CRM systems and tracking performance metrics
