This role will be responsible for building Dandy Mexico from the ground up. The GM will deliver localized market analysis, set up our operations in Mexico, and develop the business strategy to ensure successful market entry and sustainable growth.What You’ll DoBuild and execute a comprehensive market entry strategy for Dandy MexicoDevelop and maintain initial customer baseDevelop and manage the Mexican business plan, including budget, revenue targets, and operational KPIsCreate and implement localized marketing and sales strategiesReport on market performance and opportunities to global leadershipEstablish key business relationships with partners, clients, and stakeholders in the Mexican marketRepresent the company to Mexican government officials, industry associations, and business networksEnsure compliance with all Mexican federal and provincial regulations - in partnership with LegalAd hoc responsibilities as needed to stand up Dandy MexicoWhat We’re Looking For7+ years of progressive management experienceEntrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate autonomouslyResilient and adaptable in navigating ambiguity and changeResults-oriented with high accountabilityProven track record of successfully launching or scaling operationsDeep understanding of Dandy’s business and operations end-to-endUnderstanding of the Mexican business environment, market dynamics, and regulatory landscapeOutstanding leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsStrategic thinker with exceptional problem-solving abilitiesExperience in business development, sales leadership, and P&L managementProfessional fluency in Spanish and English requiredBonus Points ForStrong network of business contacts in MexicoLocationBased in Mexico City, with regular travel throughout Mexico and occasionally to other Dandy sitesReq ID: J-1047For full-time positions, Dandy offers a wide range of best-in-class, comprehensive, and inclusive benefits tailored to each country where we operate.
