Requirements:
? 5+ years of leadership experience in a high-volume, upscale casual restaurant
? A blend of corporate and independent experience is a big plus
? Proven focus on hospitality leadership and guest experience
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications
? Establish efficient systems and processes to support operational excellence, clarity of roles, and resource accessibility
Responsibilities:
? Lead daily operations by monitoring service standards, conducting floor walks, and engaging with guests
? Maintain high visibility during peak hours and support staff when needed to ensure smooth service
? Handle all staffing responsibilities including hiring, scheduling, training, and evaluations
? Manage costs through inventory control, food cost analysis, and labor optimization
? Maintain compliance with health codes, safety standards, and alcohol regulations - implement cleaning schedules, proper documentation, and regular staff training
? Drive revenue through marketing, promotions, and community partnerships
