GenAI/LLM Fine-tuning and Agentic AI Engineer

USA – Remote Full time (W2 only) Key Responsibilities • LLM Customization: Design, execute, and manage the fine-tuning of Large Language Models (LLMs) for specific enterprise tasks and domain-specific knowledge. • Agentic System Development: Architect, develop, and integrate Agentic AI systems and complex Multi-Agent frameworks to solve business problems and automate workflows. • Platform Implementation: Utilize Python and leverage ML/DL and Data Science principles to build, test, and deploy GenAI solutions on cloud platforms, primarily AWS. • Data Pipeline Integration: Apply Data Engineering skills to ensure high-quality data collection, transformation, and management to support model training and fine-tuning processes. • Project Execution: Collaborate within an Agile/Scrum environment, applying Analytical and Creative Thinking to rapidly iterate on prototypes and deliver production-ready AI capabilities. • Collaboration & Reporting: Communicate technical findings, progress, and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Required Qualifications • Proven, solid experience in Generative AI (GenAI) implementation. • Direct experience with LLM fine-tuning techniques and frameworks. • Demonstrated ability to develop and deploy Agentic AI and Multi-Agent systems. • Expert-level proficiency in Python. • Strong foundational knowledge of Machine Learning and Deep Learning algorithms and practices. • Familiarity with cloud services, particularly AWS. • Experience in Data Engineering or robust data pipeline development for ML applications. • Comfortable operating within an Agile/Scrum development methodology. • Exceptional Communication skills and a strong mindset for Analytical and Creative problem-solving.
