GenAI ML/MLOps Engineering Lead

Lead and drive the development of AI and Machine Learning solutions for the organization. Implement and manage advanced MLOps processes and procedures. Mentor and guide a team of engineers to deliver high-quality ML/MLOps projects. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AI and Machine Learning technologies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and translate them into technical requirements. Conduct research and feasibility studies to evaluate the potential of new AI and Machine Learning solutions. Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions. Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes. Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, and other stakeholders to develop efficient and scalable ML/MLOps solutions. Provide technical guidance and support to team members to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to leverage their expertise and resources. Act as a subject matter expert and provide recommendations on best practices for AI and Machine Learning development and implementation. Ensure compliance with security and data privacy regulations in all ML/MLOps projects. Continuously learn and stay updated with industry developments and advancements in AI and Machine Learning.
