Gen AI Scrum Master (Remote - Entry Level)
We are looking for a motivated Entry-Level Scrum Master to support delivery of AI and Generative AI projects. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who want to build a career in Agile project management while working on cutting-edge AI solutions.
You ll gain hands-on experience managing Agile teams working on LLMs, automation, and AI-driven applications.
Responsibilities:
ā¢ Facilitate Agile ceremonies: Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives
ā¢ Support Agile teams working on AI / Gen AI initiatives
ā¢ Remove blockers and ensure smooth sprint execution
ā¢ Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and AI/Engineering teams
ā¢ Track sprint progress, KPIs, and delivery timelines
ā¢ Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement
ā¢ Assist in documentation and reporting
Who Should Apply:
ā¢ entry level candidates or early-career professionals
ā¢ Strong interest in Agile, project management, and AI technologies
ā¢ Excellent communication and coordination skills
ā¢ Basic understanding of Scrum / Agile methodologies
Preferred (Not Mandatory):
