Gen AI Engineer
About the position
We are looking for a skilled Generative AI Developer to join our Controls Technology team and contribute to the development and integration of innovative generative AI solutions In this role you will work closely with senior developers AI architects and business stakeholders to deliver impactful AIdriven features and products.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Implement and finetune generative AI models under the guidance of senior team members
ā¢ Contribute to prompt engineering and development of AIpowered workflows
ā¢ Assist with the deployment monitoring and maintenance of AI models in production environments
ā¢ Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to ensure seamless integration of AI capabilities
ā¢ Perform data preprocessing feature engineering and API development for AI applications
ā¢ Participate in code reviews testing and documentation to ensure quality and reliability
ā¢ Stay updated with advancements in GenAI and share relevant learnings with the team
Requirements
ā¢ Handson experience with at least one major machine learning framework PyTorch TensorFlow Keras
ā¢ Familiarity with LLMs prompt engineering and finetuning eg LoRA QLoRA
ā¢ Exposure to RAG systems and basic knowledge of hybrid search techniques
ā¢ Understanding of model deployment and containerization Docker
ā¢ Proficiency in Python for AI development data preprocessing and scripting
ā¢ Understanding of version control systems Git
ā¢ Awareness of AI compliance data privacy and responsible AI principles
ā¢ Strong teamwork and communication abilities
ā¢ Willingness to learn new AIML technologies and frameworks
ā¢ Analytical mindset and attention to detail
ā¢ Openness to feedback and continuous improvement
ā¢ Bachelors degree or Masters degree in Computer Science Data Science AI or a related field
ā¢ 3-5 years of professional experience in AIML development with exposure to Generative AI
ā¢ Experience delivering AIML projects in a collaborative setting
Nice-to-haves
ā¢ Experience with generative AI tools LangChain Hugging Face LlamaIndex is a plus
ā¢ Exposure to cloud based AIML environments AWS GCP or Azure is a plus
