Innovate processes, ensure best practice implementation, and contribute to long-term objectives. Strategic Responsibility Supervise and guide team activities, aligning with departmental strategies. Develop and implement operational improvements. Mentor and develop team members. Ensure quality and compliance in team outputs. Provide feedback and insights to management on team performance. Functional Responsibility Execute marketing strategies to meet or exceed sales targets within the defined market segment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement marketing campaigns effectively. Implement pricing strategies, factoring in market demand, cost, and competitive landscape. Develop and enforce marketing policies and procedures. Manage customer engagement programs, including key opinion leader relationships. Stay updated on competitors, market trends, and regulatory changes in the therapeutic area. Develop and communicate product messages through appropriate marketing channels. Analyze sales and customer behavior data to inform marketing decisions. Work closely with Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, and Sales to ensure cohesive strategies. Identify opportunities for market growth and optimize marketing efforts. Education Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field. Experience & Language Experience:Minimum 7 years. Language:English - proficient.( Required)Arabic - proficient.( Preferred) Working Relation Internal Interactions: 1. Knowledge Sharing Sessions: Engage in knowledge sharing sessions, where they share their expertise, insights, and best practices with colleagues within their organization. 2.
