Requirements
• A genuine passion for video games and the gaming industry
• Experience writing for a digital publication, blog, or similar platform
• The ability to write clearly, accurately, and engagingly for a broad audience
• Strong research skills and attention to detail
• Comfort working independently and meeting deadlines consistently
• An understanding of SEO best practices and how they apply to online content
• Adaptability to write across multiple formats, including news, features, and lists
• Proficiency in writing clean, publish-ready copy with minimal editorial intervention
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS)
• Knowledge of current gaming trends, major franchises, and the broader industry landscape
• Ability to pitch original, compelling story ideas
• Strong grammar and proofreading skills
