About The Position CrazyLabs is a top 5 mobile games publisher with over 6 Billion downloads and a worldwide leader in hyper-casual games development, distribution, and innovation. We’re constantly developing new lines of mobile games, and we are looking for a passionate Senior Game Designer with a strong background in UX/UI design to join our team and create top-quality Game designs and concepts for our exciting Casual, Hybrid, and Hyper-casual mobile games. What you’ll be working on -Design game economy, mechanics, and monetization strategies -Develop clear and comprehensive game design documentation for content and features -Contribute to the creation of new and accurate game themes. -Create intuitive and visually appealing UX & UI designs for our games -Understand the importance of an effective UX (research-based) and a great UI, come up with ideas for improvement and deliver best practices solutions to make the games even more enjoyable! -Collaborate with the Product team, contribute ideas, give & receive feedback to ensure a seamless and user-centric gaming experience Requirements We’re Looking For -3 years of game design experience in a mobile gaming company, preferably with a focus on Casual or Hybrid Casual games. -Have proven ability to conceptualize, create and implement game concepts using various tools and technology -Ability to come up with a variety of quick concepts and design ideas – Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of what makes a fun and engaging User Experience. -Keen eye on UX design- Ability to create and implement UX data-driven solutions -Able to self-direct and own tasks, interact independently, communicate well and present ideas -Ability to meet deadlines and go the extra mile for the team and projects -Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of what makes a fun and engaging User Experience What we offer -Join an experienced, supportive, and creative team of professionals -Make an impact – shape our next hit mobile games, reaching millions of people worldwide! -Personal growth – we encourage continuous learning and development within our international teams -Fully remote work Tagged as: 3-5 Years, 5+ Years Apply tot his job
