Your role is essential in preparing the store for the energy of game days. Supporting the daily operations, fulfilling opening and closing duties, and assisting with any tasks required to contribute to the team's success will be part of your role. Responsibilities: • Communication: Exhibits adeptness in connecting with Guests, Management, and Store Associates through effective communication methods • Uphold the company's expectations for how merchandise is showcased to customers • Sales: Ability to generate sales, add-on and develop relationships with guest • Guest-centric approach: Making sure the customer is always the main concern • Dexterity: Expertise and accuracy in managing cash handling and ringing up sales Skills and Knowledge • Able to carry out duties effectively with moderate levels of supervision. • Competent in conveying messages with clarity and self-assurance during conversations. • Exhibiting a detail-focused approach, projecting an enthusiastic attitude, possessing the functional capabilities required for basic operation of digital devices and online applications, demonstrating a growth mindset, and being outgoing Qualifications • Directed to assume a standing position and stroll. • Interact through spoken communication, whether in a physical setting or over the phone. • Engage in activities where hands are used to feel, handle, or touch objects and controls. • Stretch forth with the hands and arms. • Distinguish colors.
