The Strategy Development Program Associate will support the Strategy team in various consulting engagements, conducting research and providing insights that inform business plans.ResponsibilitiesSupport the Strategy team across loyalty, CRM, brand, and integrated marketing consulting engagementsConduct competitive and market research, analyze customer and channel trends, and synthesize inputs into clear, client-ready insightsConnect insights to client objectives and business challenges, contributing to briefs, strategic approaches, and actionable recommendations that inform business plansCollaborate with cross-functional teams at GALE, including Research, Client Partners, Creative, and MarTech, to support cohesive, well-rounded client solutionsParticipate in the learning phase focusing on the fundamentals of Strategy, spanning loyalty, audience segmentation, CRM, brand, and integrated marketingBuild core consulting skills, including conducting desktop research and developing insights, analyzing data, writing strategic briefs, and crafting clear, compelling storylines and presentationsComplete a Capstone project (Mini case study) which will test skills and knowledge and highlight areas of strength and improvementGain hands-on experience across key areas of Strategy by contributing to a range of client projects and workstreams during the mentorship phaseWork on client work for the remainder of the year to hone skills in StrategyPresent a project worked on to the broader Strategy groupSkillsProactive, self-starter mentality, a resourceful and strong problem-solverCurious and creative mindsetClient ready, with a level of professionalism and polish to represent the agencyResourceful, with an ability to navigate ambiguity and solve problemsConsulting skillset, with the ability to translate business problems into insights and actionable recommendationsUses data and analysis to inform strategic recommendations while remaining comfortable making decisions in situations where information is incomplete or evolvingHighly collaborative, passionate, and dedicated to your own developmentTakes initiative, ownership and accountabilityExcited to learn how the organization functions and develop new skillsPassionate about contributing to GALE's continued growthGenuine enthusiasm for consulting, advertising, creative, technology and digital marketingAbility to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline driven environmentMust be detail-oriented and have strong organizational and time management skillsCompany OverviewGALE Partners is a creative media consultancy.
