The GALE Development Program offers a one-year hands-on experience in Global Delivery, focusing on project lifecycle management and cross-functional collaboration, while providing mentorship and skill development opportunities.ResponsibilitiesParticipate in structured training sessions across Global Delivery disciplinesLearn GALE’s integrated delivery model and how we partner across domainsShadow active projects to observe real-time delivery executionPractice building project artifacts including: Project plans, Meeting notes and status reports, RACI charts, Ways of Working documentation, Risk logsDevelop foundational skills in: Clear and concise communication, Strategic thinking and risk awareness, Ownership and accountabilityComplete a capstone simulation to demonstrate your understanding of: Scope definition, Timeline planning, Cross-functional collaboration, Delivery governanceCollaborate with multiple disciplines to deliver impactful Global Delivery workManage competing priorities, deliverables, and timelines to exceed client expectationsUpon successful completion of the learning phase, you will: Be paired with a mentor, Support active client projects, Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Account, Strategy, Creative, Media, Technology, and AnalyticsParticipate in internal and client meetingsAssist with: Project planning and timeline management, Status reporting and documentation, Risk identification and mitigation, Cross-team coordination, Maintaining delivery artifacts and dashboardsContribute to ways of working and process improvementObserve and practice stakeholder managementSupport project health reviews (burn, staffing, risks, deliverables)Consistent experiences across accounts and mentors will include: Exposure to GALE’s integrated delivery process, Clear governance standards for scope, timing, and budget, Emphasis on proactive communication, Real-time problem solving in a fast-paced environmentLearning how to be a strategic partner — not just a task executorBy the end of the mentorship phase, you will have hands-on experience contributing to live client work while developing the mindset of a Global Delivery leaderSkillsProactive, self-starter mentality, a resourceful and strong problem-solverCurious and creative mindsetHighly collaborative, passionate, and dedicated to your own developmentTake initiative, ownership and accountabilityExcited to learn how the organization functions and develop new skillsPassionate about contributing to GALE's continued growthPassionate about advertising, creative, technology, and/or digital marketing spaceAbility to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline driven environmentMust be detail-oriented and have strong organizational skillsCompany OverviewGALE Partners is a creative media consultancy.
