Scope:

The purpose of the Fundraising Support Temp is to support our March for Babies campaign in order to meet the fundraising objectives of the March of Dimes. The position acts as a liaison between the March of Dimes and March for Babies team captains, fundraisers, supporters, volunteers and donors.

Responsibilities:
• Must be professional, energetic, positive, and able to provide excellent customer service via telephone and email communication.
• Use Teams and Outlook on personal computer.
• Eloquently present March of Dimes information (event, campaign, mission, etc.) to March for Babies participants across the country in markets as assigned.
• Share fundraising tips and ideas as provided to you by your March of Dimes partners with those you are calling and emailing with.
• Manage an excel document updating contact information and tracking call, email information as you go.
• Meet with March of Dimes manager on as-needed basis.

Qualifications:
• Have reliable cell phone to make calls and computer to watch online training videos and send email follow up communication.
• Flexible work hours in afternoons/evenings
• Proficiency in Excel, Outlook and Teams
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Fully remote position/up to 20 hours a week
