Fund Accounting & Reporting Manager- Real Estate & Unlimited PTO

About the position Responsibilities • Prepare and review fund investment financials. • Manage accounting month-end close processes. • Conduct monthly and quarterly variance analysis. • Oversee fair value accounting and income allocations. • Develop fund level budgets and forecasts. • Prepare annual audit reports. • Act as a liaison with the fund administrator and related parties. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required; CPA or Master's preferred. • 8+ years of experience in a mix of public accounting and real estate industry required. • Background in accounting for various types of entities including private equity funds and REITs. • Proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel, and Word. • Yardi experience is a plus. • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. • Ability to multi-task and manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
