Curis Functional Health is a rapidly expanding company recognized in the Inc. 5000, seeking a highly motivated Registered Dietitian to join their multidisciplinary team. The role involves conducting nutrition assessments, providing medical nutrition therapy, and collaborating with other health professionals to enhance patient care. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments of clients’ needs and develop individualized treatment plans Provide evidence-based nutrition interventions, including individual and group nutrition sessions Employ a holistic approach to your client’s overall health, integrating physical, emotional, and lifestyle factors into treatment Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including medical doctors, chiropractors, therapists, and other dietitians to ensure coordinated care Monitor and evaluate client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations Educate clients on nutrition interventions to prevent, treat, reverse, or manage medical and mental health symptoms as it relates to their nutrition care plan Stay current with best practices in nutrition treatment and integrate new approaches into your practice Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and professional development opportunities Skills Bachelor's degree in nutrition or related field; Master's degree preferred Current Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential Current Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist (LDN) status in Texas Passion to learn functional medicine principles and a holistic approach to nutrition care Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients Experience with diverse populations and a commitment to cultural competence Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment Proficient in using electronic health records (EHR) systems Integrative and Functional Nutrition Certified Practitioner (IFNCP) DUTCH provider Certified LEAP therapist (CLT) Benefits Opportunities for professional growth and development.
