Role Overview: Virtual Benefits Representative
In this role, you will drive revenue growth by engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering personalized solutions. This position is perfect for self-motivated individuals who excel in fast-paced environments and are eager to be part of a team focused on growth and development.
Key Responsibilities
Β Client Engagement: Connect with warm leads to identify and assess client needs
Β Product Presentation: Present products and services via phone, email, and virtual meetings
Β Relationship Building: Develop and nurture strong client relationships for long-term success
Β Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales goals to contribute to team performance
Β Collaboration: Work with management and peers to refine sales strategies
