Fully Remote Sales Associate (Part-Time and Full-Time) Day & Night Shift

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Remote Sales Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will connect with potential and existing customers, understand their needs, and provide product or service solutions that drive satisfaction and sales growth. You’ll play a key role in helping us meet and exceed our revenue goals—all from the comfort of your home. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls, respond to inbound leads, and follow up with potential customers. Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products or services. Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Accurately track customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system. Collaborate with marketing and support teams to optimize customer engagement and retention. Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and industry trends. Provide excellent customer service before and after the sale to ensure long-term satisfaction. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred. Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field (remote experience is a plus). Strong communication and persuasive skills—comfortable speaking with customers via phone, email, and chat. Tech-savvy and proficient with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and bolthires or bolthires Workspace. Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills. Reliable home internet connection and a quiet workspace.
