This fully remote position offers the flexibility to work comfortably from your home while empowering students to excel academically, emotionally, and socially. As a vital member of our collaborative team, youll partner closely with families, educators, and school staff via a secure teletherapy platform to deliver impactful, data-driven psychological services that truly make a difference. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive virtual psychoeducational assessments to identify students cognitive, emotional, and behavioral needs. Play a critical role in crafting and implementing IEPs and 504 Plans tailored to each students unique strengths and goals. Provide teletherapy counseling and mental health support to students navigating academic or personal challenges. Collaborate effectively with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to design and monitor individualized interventions. Track and analyze student progress using data to refine supports and enhance outcomes. Lead and actively participate in virtual IEP meetings, sharing expert insights and actionable recommendations. Qualifications Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology. Current, valid California licensure/certification as a School Psychologist. Preferred: Minimum of 2 years experience in school-based settings. Experience with virtual assessments and teletherapy platforms is a strong plus. Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills. Self-driven and confident working independently in a fully remote environment. Technology Requirements High-speed, reliable internet connection. Desktop or laptop computer (tablets and Chromebooks are not supported).
