What You’ll Be Doing • Communicating with clients via phone, email, text, and scheduled Zoom calls • Answering questions and guiding customers through their benefit options • Keeping client records up to date and organized using internal systems • Delivering prompt, accurate, and courteous service with a problem-solving mindset • Collaborating with a virtual team while managing your own day-to-day workflow What You Bring • You’re 18 or older and legally authorized to work in the U.S. • No previous insurance or customer service experience?
