About the position The Customer Service Representative role at Avis Budget Group is an engaging outdoor position that involves assisting customers throughout the rental and return process at airport lots. This dynamic role combines customer service with hands-on tasks, ensuring a high-energy work environment that is far from monotonous. Responsibilities • Assist customers in the rental and return process at airport lots. • Check cars and enter information using a handheld device. • Process rentals for loyalty customers. • Provide assistance at exit gates and check-in cars at return. • Deliver excellent customer service throughout all interactions. Requirements • Basic computer skills including typing and data entry. • Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions. • Flexibility to work all shifts as required. • 6 months of retail customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is a bonus.
