Responsibilities
ā¢ Assist customers in the rental and return process at airport lots.
ā¢ Check cars and enter information using a handheld device.
ā¢ Process rentals for loyalty customers.
ā¢ Provide assistance at exit gates and check-in cars at return.
ā¢ Deliver excellent customer service throughout all interactions.
Requirements
ā¢ Basic computer skills including typing and data entry.
ā¢ Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
ā¢ Flexibility to work all shifts as required.
ā¢ 6 months of retail customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is a bonus.
