They are seeking an experienced immigration attorney to join the team! Key Responsibilities...
Ā Represent clients before USCIS (United States Citizenship & Immigration Services), EOIR (Executive Office for Immigration Review) offices
Ā Manage cases related to family-based visa petitions such as I-130s/I-485s
Ā Provide legal counsel on issues like deportation defense or waivers
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should have;
Ā Juris Doctorate degree with active membership at any state bar.
Ā At least two years practicing exclusively within U.S. family based immigrant visas laws
Ā Excellent written/verbal skills
Ā Spanish speaking is a plus

Location: Fully Remote - BASED OUT OF U.S.

Compensation:
Ā Base: $85k
