Lead & Mentor Your Team: Take on a leadership role, providing guidance, training, and support to your sales agents, while helping them achieve their goals.
Training & Development: Participate in extensive training to gain in-depth knowledge of the life insurance industry, focusing on the veteran and union markets.
Client Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and they receive exceptional service.
Achieve & Exceed Sales Goals: Strive to meet your personal sales targets and help your team succeed through leadership and motivation.
