American Income Life (AIL): As a key subsidiary of Globe Life, AIL is one of the largest providers of supplemental life insurance, delivering tailored benefits to credit unions, labor unions, associations, and veteran service organizations.
Role Overview: Virtual Benefits Representative
In this role, you will drive revenue growth by engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering personalized solutions. This position is perfect for self-motivated individuals who excel in fast-paced environments and are eager to be part of a team focused on growth and development.
Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement: Connect with warm leads to identify and assess client needs
Product Presentation: Present products and services via phone, email, and virtual meetings
Relationship Building: Develop and nurture strong client relationships for long-term success
Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales goals to contribute to team performance
Collaboration: Work with management and peers to refine sales strategies
Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about our products, services, and industry trends
Qualifications
