We’re looking for an Account Strategist who can support our clients by building, managing, and optimizing email campaigns, creating simple on-brand graphics, analyzing metrics, and helping our clients grow in meaningful, measurable ways.
This is a client-facing role — communication skills and professionalism matter.
This is also a creative + strategic role — attention to detail matters even more.
If you're quick on your feet, can follow directions, love learning, and have an eye for aesthetics, this may be the perfect fit.
We’ll Train You — But Here’s What You Need to Bring
You do not need to be an expert when you come in.
But you do need to be:
• Hungry to learn
• A fast learner with the ability to take feedback and improve quickly
• Highly adaptable — this role moves fast
• Comfortable following clear systems and SOPs
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
• Able to manage deadlines and communicate proactively
• A problem-solver who doesn’t freeze when something goes wrong
• Tech-comfortable — you don’t have to know everything, but you can figure things out
Experience with Canva is a plus, but not required — we will teach you everything you need to know.
What You’ll Do
• Build high-performing email campaigns for boutique clients
• Create simple but brand-aligned graphics (templates provided)
• Follow segmentation, sending, and scheduling SOPs
• Analyze performance metrics and identify opportunities
• Manage multiple client accounts with excellence
• Attend team meetings and communicate regularly with leadership
• Maintain a high standard of execution across all deliverables
