Generate periodic reports and summaries as required by management.
Assist in organizing and managing paperwork and electronic files for easy retrieval.
Support other administrative functions as necessary to enhance office productivity.
Identify and report any discrepancies or issues with data to appropriate personnel.
Skills, Knowledge And Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in data management is a plus.
Proven experience in data entry or similar administrative role.
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and data management software.

Ability to work independently and efficiently under minimal supervision.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
