Provide Compassionate Service: Display compassion when assisting individuals and provide exceptional customer care.

Manage Applications: Assist with the workflow of applications for Life/Health consideration and answer any policy-related questions.
Demonstrate Sales Skills: Utilize your sales expertise to close deals and meet targets.
Work Independently: Be self-motivated and adhere to a consistent schedule with minimal assistance.
Maintain Professionalism: Work online and maintain a professional attitude and demeanor.
Work From Home Requirements:
Technology:
Desktop or laptop (best to have 2-3 available for multiple programs for optimal presentations).
Webcam/video for client interactions.
High-speed wired Ethernet Internet connection (Wi-Fi, satellite, or hotspots are not recommended).
Minimum Internet Speed: 3 Mbps upload speed, 16 Mbps download speed.
A USB headset with a noise-canceling microphone (e.g., Jabra, Plantronics, or Logitech recommended).
Phone: Must have an available cell phone, tablet, or landline for communication purposes.
Skills You’ll Need:
Active Life & Health Insurance License in your state (We can assist you in obtaining your license if needed).
Proven Communication Skills: Strong oral and written communication skills.
Tech-Savvy: Confidence using desktop computer systems and software.
Qualifications:
At least 18 years old.
High School Diploma or GED.
